Were there giant rattlesnakes on top of high mesas?

I knew one thing. I couldn't go home until I'd found out.

Old Indian legends say that giant rattlesnakes live on the top of high mesas, well away from humans.

And this was the highest plateau for miles around.

If I was going to find a really big snake, this was the place to look.

I'm just looking at that mesa, you know. I'm so reluctant to leave now.

It's like someone's calling to me, you know.

I mean I'm very happy. I've got my rattlesnakes. I found the den.

And I've got fantastic pictures. No problems at all. This is usually when I go home, now.

I mean I've achieved what I came for. But there it is.
